Troubleshooting
Permission Denied
If you accidentally denied a permission, you need to grant it manually in macOS System Settings:- Click Open Settings next to the denied permission in the app.
- This opens the correct System Settings pane directly.
- Find Salesgraph Assist in the list and toggle it on.
- Return to the app — the status should update automatically.
Permissions Not Updating
If the status indicators don’t update after granting permissions:- Try clicking the Retry button to restart the Recall SDK.
- If that doesn’t work, quit and relaunch the app.
- In rare cases, you may need to remove the app from the permission list in System Settings and re-grant it.
